A birth doula is a trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to a mother before, during, and shortly after childbirth. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists recognizes doulas as one of the best tools to improve labor and delivery outcomes.

I become on-call for you starting at 38 weeks. During this period I'm available via text and phone support, ready to come to you when labor begins.
